YOUR LESSON FILES: You can either download the files below or stream on your computer. I've kept the file size of these relatively low so that downloading them will be easier. You also have the option of streaming the videos. To do that, just click on the file and it will appear in another window in your browser. If you want to download the files, then follow these directions:
Downloading the lessons:
PC users - Right click on the file and choose 'Save File As' or 'Download Linked File.'
Mac: Control click on the file and choose 'Save Link As.'
Streaming:
You can also stream the videos by simply clicking on them or choosing 'Open link in new window.'
