A musician is only as good as the tools that he works with and the folks that create them. In my opinion, these folks are among the very best at what they do. I'm incredibly proud to endorse them all.
Huss and Dalton Guitars
Simply put, I think Jeff Huss and Mark Dalton make some of the finest instruments in the world. These are my two MAIN performance guitars. The one on the left, MJC, was previously owned by Mary Chapin Carpenter. My Custom OM-18 is on the right. Outstanding in every sense of the word.

'Doc' Sigmer hand makes every one of these beauties and customizes them to exactly the size YOU want. The feel of these slides are comfortable and the tone is terrific!!!

National Guitars
Many folks have tried to copy these guitars, but in my opinion none of them have come close to National's quality and tone. Remarkable instruments!!! That Tri-Cone that you see in the pic comes with me to every gig!!

Nick Campling of the G7th Capo Company has put a lot of research into creating an outstanding line of capos, and it shows. My favorite is the Newport, shown here.

D'Addario Strings
I've been using them for nearly 40 years and they've never let me down. The tone is superb and they really hold up to my - at times - 'energetic' playing. Took a ride to the factory and was equally impressed with the care that goes into these products.
Dennis MacPherson
People always ask me who works on my guitars and I tell them that Dennis does all the magic. For the last 10 years he has made sure that my tools are always working correctly. He also builds some incredible guitars!!
