Patreon is a means of supporting artists like myself to create and share their art with the public.
I've spent the last four decades keeping the African American music of the Blues and its history alive by performing and teaching thousands of students and adults in the U.S., the British Isles, Europe and the Mediterranean. I’ve traveled to the deep South where I learned the music, stories, and traditions from old-time musicians who were incredibly generous enough to teach me. While they have passed on, I continue to pass on their legacy.
This is my calling in life.
